The problem
Job boards start too late.
Most career sites answer “What is open?” A job opening is useful only after you understand where you are likely to do your best work. Generic “best companies” lists cannot know whether you prefer stability, upside, autonomy, flexibility, mission, technical depth, or a particular weekly rhythm.
The Drempo idea
There is no universally best employer.
There is a better fit for your priorities. Drempo combines a free, ungated quiz with explainable matching, employer profiles, public sources, visible confidence, and honest tradeoffs. The initial focus is deliberately narrow: engineers and a curated library of 40 diverse employers.
How the property sustains itself
Useful content first.
Drempo is designed as a low-maintenance web property: organic discovery leads to useful career content, the free quiz, and employer exploration. Display advertising may be introduced only after site quality, privacy, approval, and valid ad placements are in place. Future job-publisher links or sponsored profiles are optional later phases—not launch dependencies.
Independence
No pay-to-win matches. Ever.
Sponsorship can never affect matching scores, placement, or legitimate tradeoffs. Drempo does not sell candidate leads, run recruiting workflows, collect résumés, or require accounts. We want the product to be useful before it asks for anything.
